Delivery Areas

We deliver to all seven Emirates in the UAE:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah
  • Umm Al Quwain

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery:
    • Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: 1–2 business days
    • Other Emirates: 2–3 business days
  • Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only): Available on select products. Please contact us before placing your order.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) are usually processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Terms

  • Deliveries are made during business hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery on all orders above AED 500
  • For orders below AED 500:
    • AED 20 delivery fee within Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman
    • AED 30 for all other Emirates

All shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Delivery Partners & Order Tracking

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely and safe deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing tracking information and the expected delivery timeframe.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery:

  • If you notice any damage, missing items, or incorrect products, notify us within 24 hours.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Warranty Policy.
